Grubb Dead at 31

Nascar driver Kevin Grubb was found dead Wednesday, May 6th, 2009 at a motel. A staff member of the Alpine Motel in the Richmond area found him dead on the bed. The state examiner confirmed that Grubb was shot in the head but it seemed to be a self- inflicted bullet. Suicide? What could cause this? Depression, drugs, death in family? Drugs could just might be the case but there is no evidence of that yet. Grubb was suspended in March 2004 because he tested positive in a dug test of a bannesd substance and in September of 2006 for unwilling to take the drug test. Investigators of this crime say that there was no sign of any use of drugs in the hotel. A toxicology test is being used on his body to see if they can find any drugs in him. The results won't come back until about six to eight weeks. Many NASCAR spokesman, drivers, and family and friends of Grubb are eager to hear the results.

Drugs + Baseball = Umm. BAD!!!

Manny Ramirez is shining in the spotlight! ONLY this is not the typical spotlight where you hear the crowd clapping, cheering, and yelling HIP HIP HOORAY! Ramirez is suspended a whoopin' 50 games after a drug test! Yup. I think I know what your thinking. The Los Angeles left fielder was taking drugs. Actually that's not the exact story. He is accused of taking steroids but Ramirez says that he got a medication from his doctor and it contained a banned substance. The reason why he got the medication in the first place was because he went to his physician for a health issue. Why did the doctor give him the medication if there was a banned substance in it? Ramirez speaks for his doctor and claims that the doctor thought that it would be okay to give him. He apologized to his teammates about the entire condition. Heartfelt fans have sympathy for Manny Ramirez. No one reealizes how much pain the major league star must go through. He was suspended one day before he may have had the oppurtuntity to rejoin the New York Yankees.
